What do I know about Property Management?

Well, before opening Colman & Co Realty, I spent years watching property management take a back seat in the sales-dominated world of real estate.

I saw property owners frustrated and disappointed on a regular basis – tenants too. One reason was from the revolving door of turnover of property managers and lack lustre service.

I was powerless to do much about it in the mostly big brand agencies I worked for. Still, I did pay close attention to what makes property management run smoothly and what makes the wheels fall off.

Over the years, I’ve learned what works and what doesn’t across every aspect of the business, including:
